Hey, whats up man, long time no talk !!! We missed you at OP6 !!! Went there this weekend, it was on fire, met most of the guys, it was cool as hell. Just getting the boat ready to put the motor back in. Interior is done, motor is coming along slowly but sureley and will hopefully be done in the next 3 weeks or so. I cant f-in wait!!! I am so excited to get the boat on the water, even though my boat sucks. I am getting a place diverter and an oil cooler, so hopefully this baby runs forever and like the wind. Call me this weekend!!

Hallett, I can sympathize!!! I am hunting down a couple parts today so I can go on a shakedown run this weekend. I am REALLY pumped to have a working boat again. My boat is a piece of s@#$ too. Especially compared to all the rides I was on last weekend...

The picture does the boat a LOT of justice. It needs another paint job. There are little spiderweb cracks where it looks like someone really heavy stepped (maybe that fat chick from the bar, who knows?).
Your turn. Have any pictures of your ride Hallett?

The last thing I wanted to do was start a "my boat is uglier than yours" thread, but this should make you feel better.

Hallett,
A little polish and some elbow grease any you would be surprised how much of a shine you could put on your boat

H19, I dig your boat. I like the retro interior. In fact, if you ever redo anything, keep it all original. My boat was really oxidzed and I washed and waxed it a couple times. Made a big difference. Is your motor in right now? Is it going to martinez? Looks like the PO took good care of her.

Bro, that boat looks sweet. So it has some stress cracks. Big whoop, they all do. Don't be so hard on yourself. If it was perfect you wouldn't want to use it. I bet that thing is a blast to drive.

Exactly, my rig has scratches, gets dirty, and things break because I use it. If you want a boat that is perfect, then keep it on the trailer in the garage. Driving them is more fun than looking at them...... http://free.***boat.net/ubb/cool.gif

Bring it down to OC and we'll put a shine to it.
