Take a look at realtor.com and you can see what is selling in your area code.

www.socalhomeinfo.net I'll send you comps just fill in the info and leave me a comment to let me know who you are. Don't worry, I won't call you. But any of the other sites are paid for by agents who will contact you. Call me if you want to handle it over the phone.

ditechs Eappraisal (http://www.ditech.com/solimar/propertyValuationRequest.jsp) gives the homes: lot size, square footage, last sale and price ...you don't enter anything but the address in...

What? I worked there for 5 years+. The agents don't pay for info. They are a direct lender, actually they are owned by GMAC. It's a free service you can use. They use the company Solimar.net. It's a home evaluation site. Honestly, Ditech.com is a good company with good rates.

Well they have contaced agents that I know to pass these leads on to for a refferal fee. I don't want to argue about this but I think most would agree, if you don't pay up front, you're paying on the back end. They have a large agent refferal data base.

My company (The Largest Lender in the U.S ) has a system we can use. If you PM me your full address I can give you all the details. Also give me an email address to send the data to.
