Please take the time to read the latest in the sticky above "Havasu Marina Noise" You will find copies of the response from the marina in regards to ALL of us launching at the marina and our letters to the state. The response from the marina is inaccurate, full of B.S. and will affect all of us for many years to come. Please take the time to get involved, donate money, talk to Lake Racer to see how to help etc. I know we all like to have fun but we are about to be royally screwed for seasons to come by a very "little" man who simply hates performance boats. PLEASE take the time to care about this very important issue that is a simple case of right versus wrong....thanks.

Hey Kilr...read the Marina's response and I think it will make your blood boil...their oh so holy concern for their employees is such bs...Even if someone is still using the marina, if Jeff gets his way that will soon come to an end.....

I heard the lease is coming up on the marina. Is that true?

The current lease agreement is a 50 year lease that was established in 1965 so they have until 2015. However, I have heard rumors that they are trying to work on extending the lease agreement but you never know with rumors.

A friend on mine has met with the city a few times regarding a development project and that was the impression given to him.
