We'll be there with the kiddies low-budget on the hillside Sunday. I've never been to a NASCAR race so this is a first. I could'nt see paying $200 ea for tix cuz I'm not really into it. But my nephew is a big fan so we're taking him and our 2 girls.
We were thinking about the park-n-ride dealio at Cricket. Anybody ever done this? We are just going Sunday so I didn't want to deal with the traffic and the long walk from the shitty low-budget parking.

park and ride from the pavillion is actually okay. i have done it before. less hassle. about the hillside, sand chairs come in real handy.

We're looking forward to it. I don't think they will let us down to the RV area with our tickets. I really don't know much about the whole set-up there.
As far as the park n ride, is it worth it? With the kids we will likely be getting there around 11am and probably won't stay for the entire race. I know this is probably a mind blower to the NASCAR fans but I could care less who wins. We just want the kids to have a good time and have a little fun ourselves when we're at the race.

"the set - up" is different every time. always something new/different. i think that i would do the park n ride. be alot easier since you are unfamiliar with the track.

i was only there on friday night. :frown: we were at the opposite end of the track in the infield so it was hard to get back and forth in a timely manner with the crowds.
