Photo Impact (http://WWW.ULEAD.COM) is the one I use. It costs around $90.00 but they do have a free trail you can play with.

These days I use GIMP for pretty much every time I edit a graphic or picture. For all out power, however, I don't think anything can beat Adobe PhotoShop.
Of course, GIMP is free and PhotoShop was a few hundred bucks back when I bought it.

I second that...been using it (Photoshop) for almost 10 years. It is the industry standard, but...definitely not free. Go to: http://www.tucows.com, type "photo editing" or "image editing" in the search box and you'll find several matches for shareware.

I have several different ones that I use . there's some features on one that I like and other features ont others .
I've never found one that I was 100% happy with , so it helps me to have a couple of extremely large hard drives :squiggle:
The ones I use most often are Ulead Photo Express and MGI Photo Suite . They both have an easy user interface and they both have some pretty cool functons that are a hoot to tinker with , like if you want to do some photo chopping either one of these will do the trick fairly easily and with excellent results . They came packaged with some cameras that I bought so I do have extra coppies of both that could use a good home if youre interested in either or both PM your address to me and they're yours . I'm running out of room id my CD cases . :rollside:
