I'm stuck at home with 2 pukin' kids. Each one camped out by either bathroom. Anyone know any quick cures? I know a big spicy mexican breakfast always works if I have a hangover.

Well I started a little light breakfast for them. Toast. They are just staring at it. They said they are afraid to eat it.

The otter pops have stayed down for an hour. We might try some broth in a bit.

What has helped both my son and I when we have had the flu is dimenhydrinate aka anti-motion sickness medicine (for him either liquid or quick dissolve tabs). That stuff can make you really drowsy but it takes away the nausea before it knocks you out and that window of opportunity is when I feed and re-hydrate us. Bodies fight illness better if they aren't energy deprived from lack of nutritious food. Just one more idea. :)

I haven't been in the Richvale area so I don't know about there. I would say about 60% flooded rice ground already. About 20% left to be harvested.
Kids are doing ok.

Shit I thought you were talking about the rice ground for duck hunting. As a precaution I would take 36 out of Red Bluff. YOu never know about 32.
