What do you know about carrabean boats ? I found a project boat for sale but don,t know much about then . This one has a small block chev, cassale v-drive with reverse new flame job paint, needs plumbing & waterpump,interior,wireing,starter , altenator , carb, distributor,driveshaft and coupler. he is asking $2k but could be had for less. What do you think its worth?

I believe the Carribean is a splash of the early Biesemeyer. This one looks like it has crackerbox headers on it. :cool:

I can't imagine that is the right trailer for the boat. That would be something to consider, if you purchase it. I don't think I have ever seen a boat sit higher than the fenders.
Other than that, for 2k I would buy it. Jeeze, the drive is worth $500.

this boat is a Biesemeyer. I had one that was a 1960. The Carribean was the model. Just like Chevrolet, Camero.
Really cool looking old boat.
