Hey All,
I drove over to fountain hills this afternoon and checked out this "boat".

All I can say is crazy! She said she thinks it does about 65 MPH! What a creation!

Design Concepts near me build alum fishing boats like that. A friend has a 24' river boat with a 460 that I built up. 55mph is pushing it hard with no gear. The alum fishing boats like that are HEAVY. You want a light alum boat get an eagle.

No, not yet. The Rayson is up in Cave Creek. Jim says he found a 3 inch crack in the transom where they installed the setback pump. I think that when they converted it over to jet they did a hack job and just covered it up with glass. The guy who is checking it out, Jim Horton, is interested in the motor. I am considering taking everything out of it and using the setup in a Daytona or something similar if I can find one without a motor. I haven't really checked it out since I pulled it out of the water last weekend after loading up my shorts from the right hander that it pulled on me. I only have $3000 in it and the motor is worth at least that. His neighbor also has another boat that I am looking at buying... another V-Drive Bergeron worked over. It was on eBay but no one bought it.

That twin turbo Hallet belongs to a buddy of mine.
Heck he even took two boats to FCII. Reckon one of em was a spare?

Do you know any history on the boat? Bergeron won't talk to me, he's always to busy. Let me know, I am really interested in the twin turbo, although he does have another boat for sale. The seller seems pretty cool, maybe I will stop buy up there this weekend.
