Drunken Chicken

Who on here has a good Drunken (Beer Can) Chicken recipe??
I've been wanting to cook that for a while, just need a little guidance. :confused:

My mom bought me this cool little rack that holds the can in the middle and the chicken slides over the outside of the rack. :wink:

I've seen those. I helped a freind of mine build racks out of well casing and plate steel (gotta love oil field trash :D ), but he kept them on his housboat, and I never go to see how they worked.

That's how I do it but I add a little soy sauce down the chickens back...
