Price reduced, got my blue prints last night for my addition to garage and house. No room to store, will take $1,200. Also have a 2004 Yamaha Raptor ridden twice. GYTR pipe, K&N filter with prefilter sock and jet kit. Have original parts in box. Raptor is $6,000. I can post pictures of the Raptor Sat as I do not have pictures of it now. It is white with the red frame.

I was referring to Parker, AZ - I think if I want to ski, the only time I would be able to during the summer would be midweek - or very early in the am on a weekend. At Kings you could get glass on the 4th of July weekend up river a bit. I spoke to someone about Royal Oak and he said that 3 local guys picked the place up and he said to hold on to the membership as they may be able to return it to its prior condition and terms.
