Do any of you fellow CVX 20 owners have pics of your engine compartments? I just got my boat this fall, took the motor out to paint the block, but befor i put it back in i want to get the compartment cleaned up. Someone one did a little bit of a butcher job on the side panels inside...Also what are you useing to hold the turtle shell up? when you are working on the engine? Or better yet what's saposta be there? Thanks AntRant

AntRant, I will try to get some pictures of my engine compartment soon. As for holding up the hatch there is a support rod attached to one of the side panels and the lid just rests on that. http://free.***boat.net/ubb/smile.gif

Looking good Quig!! One question how is the back seat going to be arranged? It looks like two individual seats instead of a bench?

I have a copy of that thread to post on the board but I can't read http://free.***boat.net/ubb/frown.gif!!!! anyway ant the inside wood work is all but done the next step is the pait booth .You can see all 15 pics on the glastron photo site but I can't get the link right so maby try the classic glastron owners site and link from there???

yea Jesse the intention is that the center section is a porta-pottie covered by an arm rest with two drink holders that way I can access the front of the motor by simply rempving the "T" shaped piece that seperates the back seat fron the engine area.

Hydro-Thunder, Thanks, Those pic do help to see what you mean, But when the hatch is closed what keeps it shut? a latch or does it just lay there?

I dont know what they had originaly but I have automotive type hood pin. works great and looks good too.
