Anybody know a good insurance agent?

I have not been taken care of by Safeco for the dent on my truck, and am going to move all my policies somewhere else. 5 vehicles, 4 properties, umbrella policy etc.
Should I just go to AAA or does someone know a guy??? :D

We do boats, and the dirtbike will be covered under you homeowners policy for theft or vandalism, but no liability on it.

I've had State Farm for over 10 years, but I just switched everything over to AAA...Homeowners, Autos, Umbrella, Life Ins, Roth IRA's, and even added a new Harley, and dropped ALL my deductibles to $100 ! I just saved, ready for this....about $2850 per year, so I'd call AAA !!

It sounds like you are going the convenience route. I just had Progressive work up an insurance quote for my boat, and it was almost 40% cheaper than AAA. Now my 3 cars, home, and umbrella are all with AAA, but I sure got tired of that $1200 per year for the boat! Progressive came back at $783! :idea:

Only boats up to 26.5 feet though. And watch out for that terminology on the back where they won't cover you on the Colorado River. You need to have them cross that part off. Last boat was at AAA, unfortunately the new one is half a foot too long. Im with Allstate now....I think. I'll find out when they send me my bill soon.

Im assuming you were insured with the AAA in SoCal and they have completely different guidelines then I do in NorCal. We have no exlusion for the Colorado River...

Mercury has some damn good prices and good service. Progressive seems to be the way for the boat insurance though. I gave progessive 86404 as the primary zip code for use of my boat. That is Havasu's zip. I'm just a young punk and my insurance is like 730 for the year.

We use AAA, have for many years...never a problem. BUT...they would NOT insure the boat for Colorado River or lakes on river, maybe this has changed? Use Blue Water Marine in Newport Beach for the boats. VERY reasonable. Good luck.
