Have to make a roast for Grandma......she's allergic to turkey....(or so she says)....2/3rds of the sides hardly get eaten.....more of the tradition....

ok a nice dinner ,pork chops(big thick ones done on the BBQ) ,green beans,scallop patato's ,a little green salad,wine of your choice,and lemon meringue pie,HOWS THAT? :D

I love making mashed tatos with a bit of garlic and most of the time I use sour cream to whip them with cause it doesn't water them down like the milk does. Lots of butter for sure......

My new favorite appetizer is Lobster Bisque, great stuff! As far as a side dish, garlic mashed potatoes are real good and I also like green beans cooked in onion soup then garnished with those crunchy onions.
