YUM!!!! I carved pumkins last Sunday so of cours ethey are mush now but we soaked the seeds in a little soy sauce and put them in the dehydrator. I like them better the way you are doing them.

never liked them like sunflower seeds. but then maybe I never had good ones

we didnt carve pumpkins this year :( but thats because you dont get very fresh ones here in Havasu and they dry out easily.... or they just get stollen by the trick or treaters...hehe
