Anyone have the poop on this new development that has been talked about for years now?

Suppsoedly they plan on putting in something like 260 new homes over the hill at the top of Cherry Tree. From what I ahve heard, the designs only call for one access road which is not a good idea IMHO. Check with SlowinHavasu as he lives on Cherry Tree, a stones throw away from my place. Makes it easier for me to stumble home from there!

They have already started getting the land prepped. Blocked off all the roads. And getting it all grazed...thats all I know.

Dia...If you hold him down I will beat him with a baseball bat so we can get some more secrets out of him....lol He is full of em :)
I can't even get Dia to ride on my boat so I may have to get a new one so she will quit ignoring me all the time at the dam runs.

I tried to get him to sell me some of his land. :D :D
I was about 3 years late on that purchase. I can't believe the increase in land prices. Yikes.

I was up in the wash area near the new development in my buddy's sandrail last week and we were stopped by the security dude. He was cool and b.s.'d with us for a while. He said just the lots alone were in the high $200k's to the $400k's. It was way too much bread to even give it a second thought. The whole community is suppose to be on it's own sewer system, schools, grocery stores, etc... But remember, this is what "Rusty" the security dude was telling us.
The development screwed up great access to some pretty good sandrail and MX trails. They put up boulders and abandoned cars in the way to hinder the trails.
