I am not 100% sure, but those are newer blocks which means they cannot be bored as much. It all depends on what you are trying to build with them.
BTW: You would have better luck in the gear head forum.

Do a search, pay attention to what Lakes Only has to say. That is a 1975 block with '73 low compression heads. It made about 220 hp. A new timing set will get 50 - 100 hp. High compression heads would get you another 100 hp, with another 100 hp available with a new cam.

go to just jets and PM Lakes Only or 058, those guys have their stuff together and have 460's wired. I have recieved tons of info from them in the last few years.
But from what I know, the D3VE heads work good if you port them right, but out of the box, the D0VE heads are the ones to get, you can find them on ebay. The block does not matter really if you arent going to be boring it out. Deck the block, put the motorsport timing assembly on and a good cam with a weiand intake and it should run good, but like I said, those guys have guru advice.
