Hardest thing is just keeping the sack to keep your feet on the pedals.
If he would have just layed back and went for it he would have been alright. That little dab is what sent him down.
I'm not much of a cross crounty rider myself. Wearing grape smugglers and pedling some light weight bike up-hill is not my bag.
Give me full body armor and a big beast of a downhill bike and I'll be happy. lol, I bet that guy wishes he had a full face helmet and some armor on after that spill.
