If you watch the video carefully it's obvious she decided to get off the back of the bike on purpose. She let go and just pushed herself off the back making sure she cleared the bike.
And in other pics on the stunt Web site they show her without any protective gear.

So many young riders want to stunt now-a-days. It's crazy even when done with good gear on. I went to the Ruff Riders event just recently, all kinds of stunts and tricks, and busted up bikes and riders. No thanks I like my ride and my skin without the rash.....OUCH! Does anyone remember Easter Break in Palm Springs about 10-20 years ago? We would go on several bike accidents involving chicks wearing t-shirts and butt floss. Riding on the back, drunk, falling off or getting hit. Not a pretty sight.
