I have not been drinking (Beer or soda)and going to the gym and i still weigh as much as when i started :mad:

Well i can't avoid it, When looking back on this summers pic's and seeing all the fine looking ladies on my boat and then every once in a while there was a pic of me OMG :mad: so that is not going to be the case this summer. I have never been much of a drinker but that all changed this year and i gained 50 lbs and since i'm not getting any younger the only way is to hit the gym

I just busted 200 only 2nd time in my life.... Hooli is right though, gooooood eats. Now we have only 2 months to get to our Spring weight.. :cry: :cry: ..

Muscle weighs more than fat. :D
I am up a few pounds myself... but still down from last summer... time to start cutting carbs again... more grilled chicken, stir fry, and salads! :rolleyes:

my motto -- skin is in , but fats where it's at ! ( hitting weight watchers next thurs -- ) every time i hit the gym - I start benching and i don't loose weight - but i do impress the 20 yo kids - -well till i go pop .. lol :rolleyes:

I am the top dawg at the annual 90-day weight loss contest that started yesterday at work - 272 lbs.
I think the next closest guy was 30 lbs below that.
Good thing the contest is based on loss percentage - although I'm told by medical professionals I can safely lose about 10% in the 13-week contest. Ahhhh, to be a svelte 245...that'll be sweeeeet.
