You will need qualifications.
Must be willing to be bagged on, ragged on, and goofed on.
Must be of sharp wit and fast fingers. Willing to work long hours reading useless diatribe spewed by childish retards, (You know who you are) :D
Got to be able to discern true violent tendencies from schoolyard bragadoccio.
Must be able to keep own anger in check, and use common sense when posting and busting others chops.
Looking good in a bathing suit helps too.
