What does everyone do for fun in the west? When does your boating season start back up?
From today I have about 51/2 to 6 months to go :( Already calling for snow flurries tomorrow). I might just need to move :D This 3 months of boating is getting old :mad:

Our group has the "Chilli Cruise" the weekend before Christmas where we all go out on the River tours boat. We all have testing to do this winter and there is no better time to test than during a fishing tournament or hunting event. They love us. Usually the bass boats want to run the radar gun to see how fast they are. Some times we have to drive through the snow in the mountains on the way home but as long as it isn't coming down and the heater in the truck is working all is good.

I save for the summer and try to work as much ot as I can, I also cant use my condo at havasu because of our snowbirds they are in it from dec1 to mar 31 so in between I play alot of golf.

If I figure in the increase in the cost of living vs using a boat and snowmobile only 3 months out of the year, I might just be ahead and look for that Skater or Outerlimits I have dreamed about :D

What is ice? Some tiims the puddles get a a little crunchy. I used to try to take a snow day when there was frost on the grass when I used to work for a living. That may be one of the only things that is 12" and white.

I try to boat year round. being in so-cal there are times when its 80degrees in Dec. so the boating season really never ends for us.
If we get decent snow then I will go to the mountains and get some snowboarding in.
