Just kicken back listening to Kiss's greatest hits and remembered that I joined the KISS ARMY when I was like 8.. anyone else? :D I even had the "rock and roll ovature" patch on my jean jacket. :D

Yup, the Motor City Mad Man! I've seen that guy at least 3 maybe 4 times. Seen Kiss with and without makeup.

I remember in 5th grade, a buddy and I, in true Rock Star form, were going to start a "tribute" band. Of course he was the only guy who played any instruments. Never figured out how to make the damn shoes.

Thats only funny cause it's true..I desperately tried to get a pair of Ace's boots fro Christmas....But if it did'nt come from the sears catalouge Santa did'nt know about it :cry:

Did you see him at California jam at Ontario Motor Speedway in 1977? He wanted to be lowered onto stage from a helicopter - they wouldn't let him.
Going to see Lynyrd Skynyrd at Pechanga in Temecula tomorrow night - I saw them back in the day (original members), it'll be interesting to see them now.
