I don't think he'll get off...I think that judge is pretty bent on getting a guilty verdict! Because those jurors were excused for caring enough to question the details of the case, he'll definitely have grounds to appeal, if convicted!

Not to hijack, but did anyone see his attorney's video of the "re-enactment"? They should find him AND Geragos guilty for peddling that kind of garbage as "evidence". The boat got about halfway leaned over and the dude JUMPED out while flailing his arms to make it look like he fell out!

Obiviously that Dr/attorney that got tossed yesterday must have been holding up a guilty conviction. Good job by the judge in the case to make some tough decisions and get a verdict from the jury. On with the appeals process... :hammer2:

I was thinking the same thing, I was just saying that on the poll thread when a co-worker came in and said he was guilty,what a pleasant surprise.
