Dry lot near entrance 1 1/2 lots, 3 bed 2 bath, spa tub in master, island kitchen all solid surface counters and floors, carpet in bedrooms and living room, 3 car garage one side is 50 feet deep. Will be room for RV parking outside. About 50 yards from closest launch ramp. PM for all the details or pictures. Will use escrow, trying to avoid real estate fees. Also a chance of a long term lease for $1500 a month. Asking $350,000.

Too bad it has no dock. But it looks like a good deal compared to the prices on what I've seen out there.

I would think a place in the keys would go for a lot more than 350K.

Mud, Keys 1 is not on the water. They are immediately down river from the Keys 2. Keys 2 is what everyone is talking about when they say "The Keys." The Keys 1 is land locked, and has no gated access. Homes in Keys 2 are usually going for around $575-775k.

Your new home could be ready for you in April. I have seen some of the replies and my bad for not responding. I have a bunch of pics but they all have to be resized. Here is one for you. Roof is almost on, rough electrical and plumbing in progress. It is in Keys 1 behind the gate. The lot is actually a lot and 1/2. There will be plenty of room for an RV/Toy Hauler albeit outside. In the picture, the garage closest is 50 feet deep approx. Home is being buily by Summit Homes out of Havasu based on their Kimberly plan with a few minor changes; one being the deeper garage. I belive Keys 2 has water access for most homes and some right on the river. Keys 1 has homes on the river, homes on the channels and this home which is a dry lot but access to 2 ramps. The closest ramp is a stones throw from the driveway.

This might seem like a dumb question but is this house in CA or AZ?

Hate to argue with you Danny, but Keys 1 is the gated Community, Keys 2 is just south of the main canal.
There are several lots in Keys 1 that are land locked. But nice homes all the same. $350,00??? Up until the last year or so, those were going for $175-$200.
BTW, It's AZ, for those not familiar with the area.

Yes, it is AZ, property taxes are lower than CA. I believe AZ is .0075. There are a few houses for sale in the keys that are land locked, but they are older, this one will be brand new, never lived in.

This is a picture just inside the garage looking all the way back. The other is a picture of the back patio. If you are familiar with the area, the front of this house would get morning sun and the back patio would get afternoon sun.

Spoke to the contractor yesterday, tile guy is in the place now, needs stucco and a paint job and should be done in less than a month. Kim at RGR is handling the sale. Her number is 1-888-748-3799. Should have new pictures today to post.
Please PM or call Kim if you are interested. Not sure if the pic below will come through, but it is of the 50 foot deep garage with drywall - no paint yet.

I have been watching that home go up. Seems like a fair price for a new home in the keys. It is right behind the gate which will make backing a boat into the garage a little tricky but it can be done. Summit is a very nice builder here in Havasu. I think you have priced it very well considering the pros and cons of this lot. Should sell reasonably soon for that price. Good luck.

Finally figured out how to post...amazing what Dewar's can do for the brain...
Tile guys are there now per the pics, stucco is supposed to done this week and the place should be wrapped up in about a month. My thinking on the garage was you could put a good sized Parker boat in the boat deep side as well as some Desert Bar toys and still have a 2 car garage left over.
Place should be nice.
