im new here so please bear with me , i just picked up a jet boat to rebuild, the looks of the boat is nice but the thing that concerns me is it's olds powered and i dont really care for olds motors,.i have a couple of bbc that i can use , couple of tunnel rams and a 8-71 blower. but outside of the mounting plates what else will i need to complete this swap or is the olds 455 a good motor.

To convert to a BBC you will need new motor plates,drive adapter,water pump plates, and exhaust system.
I not an Olds guy.I run a BBC.
