SPAM: 1976 Horizon V/Tunnel FS

I have to sell my boat to play around with other hobbies (thank the wife).
Its a 1976 Tunnel/V bottom. Mild 460, .060 over, 9.5:1, elec. ignition, Lunati cam kit, Roller rockers, Performer RPM manifold w 750 holley, Dove-C heads - ported, Aggressor 9 vien bowl, aggressor hyd diverter w/interchangable nozzle, billett 5-blade impeller, impressive roost, rec grate, new interior, good paint runs VERY strong. Runs 62-64 on Lake Elsinore - faster on river. Took it out only 5 times this year. I have over $7k into motor and pump. Just had everything replaced in pump. Almost whole boat is new!! Motor puts out about 380hp to the water, changing cam will get you about 70+ more hp. Squitrin Thunder knows about the motor/cam combination to get. I have pics if interested.

Nope - just not into boating that much. Didnt take it out enough - so I decided to get rid of it. We gotta get together so you can get these heads.

hey guys - this is a still at $5000. But I need to sell it. So make offer. The motor is worth more than $5k and the pump and impeller is worth over $2500.

When we added up the costs the engine parts where right at $5600 plus all the machining and the assembly costs. That 9 vane bowl and that sweet ass impeller and that new hyd diverter there is about $2000. And the new upolstery trailer and boat. So your in this Horizon about $10,000 - $15,000 !!!
That would be a sweet deal for someone, just for the parts alone.

I know :hammerhea Quit reminding me. If I dont sell it during the winter months - Im gonna keep it!! So we will see. I prefere to keep the motor and sell the boat.

$2k - probably less than that, alot less!! I just dont use it enough :( I have a guy at work who is interested in the engine for $4k. THen I can get rid of the pump for about $1500 or so. Then we will see? I hate to split it up though. It sure is a nice boat.
