What is my boat worth?

Kinda new to this, ive never had to sell a boat before. First of all, what is it worth? Second, how do i find out? -do i need to pay someone to have it apprasied or what? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
General Specs:
1997 Commander 2100 LX
390 Hp 454 with lightning headers
Dominator jet
195 hours
immaculate condition

I hate to break it to you, but it is probably only worth about $5k. I am busy this week so I will have to come over tonight. Will you take a check??
