That tow truck haas no outrigers down what so ever, the boom was way over extended, saw it comming from the first picture. Look at the second rig how far out his outrigers are,

I was wondering where the operator was at. At first it looked like he was standing on the side of the boom truck opposite the water. But I would guess you would of seen him doing a swan dive when that thing went so I assume he was near the rear.
I can imagine that it must of went over in what seemed like slow motion. :2purples:

The 1500lb car sure gets heavy when it is filled with water. :D Where are all their oil soaker floating thingies in the water, and all the guys with clipboards from the EPA. Oh wait we are the only ones that have that bureaucracy. :squiggle:

First thing I thought was "shouldn't they have some outriggers or something?" . I guess the answer is, yes.

Nah nah nah. You people are all over the operator of the crane and it goes deeper than that. Its people like the operator of the white car that do things like that whether its leave the car in neutral, in gear or drove over the side. And the end result is having to ruin that beautiful scenery by putting up guard rails.
