1. Political correctness, metrosexuals and liberals will be the downfall of the American civilization.
2. Political correctiveness, metrosexuals and liberals will be the downfall of the American civilization.

#1 is Correct.

Neither example is correct in sentence structure !
However I believe that example number one would be correct in sentence structure if you were to use a lower case L in the word liberals.
As far as concidering the statement to be factual and true thats another topic all together.
Just my .02

You could be correct :D I never professed to being an english major .:p
I thought that the use of capitol letters were only required for proper names as in "Hot Boat " or "Mr. Jones" and at the beginning of a sentence.
The word "Correctiveness" doesnt appear on the Merriam Websters online dictionary (http://64.15.203.20/)

I believe an uppercase L to be correct when referring to the political party. :confused:If you're talking about Democrats or Republicans, you're correct (as those are members of political parties). However, there is no such political party as "liberals" and therefore the lower-case "L" is correct. :)
And "correctness" is the correct word. :)
