MUST BE WITHIN 500 MILES OF LOUISVILLE ,KY

Suzuki,you might have to broaden your search.I've seen a 23 Scimitar on Lake Okanagan last year,all original ,350 chev/merc sterndrive 450 total hours.I remember it was in excellent shape and they only asked 15.000 CDN for it.If you find a real nice one ,it would be worth traveling for.I also seen a gold metalflake model locally with a jet.Didn't see a for sale sign on it,but could ask him next time when I see it.

theres one i am looking at here in alberta,23.5'yellow with all kinds of chrome looking stickers,yellow int in good shape 460 ford with a berk pump seats 7 also has a cuddy,it ran good, but 50 mph on the speedo@6000 rpm,has got me wondering if it's what i want,if i dont by it ,want his #?

hooligan,if you're doing 6000 RPM with a stock 460,that means your impeller wear ring clearence is shot.You will need a pump rebuild.As you mentioned earlier,the boat is in good shape.I assume it's still has the original equipment.Try to negotiate a price reduction for a pump rebuild.The 23 Carlson should do between 55-60 with a fresh pump.

thats just going off a speedo, so who knows what the actual speed is ,w\o a gps i was going to offer 10,000 for it,the pump out of my burned up boat is fine, the ins man gave me 9500.00 plus i keep my old,mill,pump trailer etc...

yeah their croation,frank has a 460 18' cougar, used to be black, it's purple with a lizard or something on the deck,they own appolo muffler on east 2nd
