i called the inlaws this a.m. in oak hills, they only got 4 inches of snow, and that new tarp on the boat is doing its job!!!! :cool:

Wow! Snow in So. Cal!! We had a chilly sunny day here!! Course, in Feburary, I'll probably be eating those words! This past Feb., Portland got about 3-4 feet in a day and continued snowing for another 2 days. It was really funny because they had just did a big write up in the paper about the decreasing snowfall up here!! And then 3-4 days later we get dumped on! I was stuck inside for 4 days! Thank God for the Internet....and hand lotion! :D
I actually hope it snows like that again this next year because I didn't get 1 lousy picture! I'll have studded tires also so I can actually go somewhere if I want to!

Go to www.thegoonies.org. You can see a film that 2 fans made called "The Goonies Vacation". About their road trip to check out the sites where the film was shot. Fans from around the world are getting together in Astoria (where it was mostly shot) on June 4-5 of next year. There is a message forum there that is all goonie related stuff.
