have a Barry Grant 750 carb, how do i find out the model of it?

There should be some #s on it.

does it have the choke horn on it?

no choke horn joe.
the metering plates have the #'s A12400 & A12401
on the pumps at the underside of the carbie, there are numbers also,...34R-2178B
these are the only #'s on the carbie!
