What size is the banjo bolt on the front brake calipers? I'm thinking 10mm but would like to be sure before I make 1,000's of them.

What GM vehicle in particular are you asking about? Some were different. I can tell you for sure if I had specifics.

Dang, I was pretty unclear on that.
I'm looking for the info on late model trucks. But hey, if you are looking it up I'd like to know for sure on both 99 and up and 98 and down.
I think I have the thread size figured out but and not quite sure on length. And I hate to make parts on just an "I think" as opposed to an "I know for sure".
Thanks in advance for your help guys.

Dave,
The GM parts catalog says both bolts are M10 x 1.5 pitch. Seems its the same bolt from old body style "C/K 1500" trucks as is the new body style Silverado 1500.

thank you sir. I have 3 length choices, .750", 1" and 1.125". I'm thinking the 1" is the one.

They had the length listed for the newer bodystyle truck bolt, I don't have it in front of me right now, they gave the measurement in MM. It was something like 21.4mm or 24.1mm. I have it on my toolbox at work I'll post up the length during the day tomorrow. Also, didn't know if you knew it or not, the bolt has a small shoulder right underneath the head to center the upper copper crush washer. I may be able to get you a pic if you need it.
