Bald Eagle in Orange...

On the way home from work there was a large bald eagle on a power line by my house in Orange. It seemed to have a red tag on one wing. I think it is one of the birds from Catalina. I know they have similar tags. It was next to an elementry school and the kids were all checking it out.

They are too cool.
They migrate here starting this month.. Good dirt bike riding interrupted for them while they are here. They leave about March.

I think that guy was on our tower yesterday! our shop is near Taft and Glassel, where did you see it?

We get some golden eagles out in Fontana, I have seen them sitting on the street lights. (before the current houseing boom) They are so much bigger than the red tail hawks......... :D

It was on the power lines at Lincoln and Orange-Olive. Across from the elementry school. I should have called the news van, they would of loved it.
