Its that time again.......... MotherLode***boats and the LBBA will be combining PotLucks this year - Its always a great turnout, LOTS of food....and last year is proof that the show must go on, RAIN OR SHINE. :D
Anyone who would like to participate just put your name down with what you are bringing. As usual the Barrels will be there for Tri-Tip. We can ALWAYS use extra EZ-ups, tables etc....

So will we be able to eat some good tastin grub with everyone??

GRETNA, La. -- A fourth grader has been suspended for taking what was described as a look-alike drug to her elementary school in Gretna, La.
Kelli Billingsley, 8, brought homemade jello cups to school at Boudreaux Elementary.
Her mom said the school tested the jello and determined it didn't have any alcohol in it. But the school suspended the girl for having a look-alike drug.
The girl's mom said her daughter was just trying to make a treat for her friends.
The superintendent of Jefferson Parish schools said she will investigate the case.

Thanks Hulshot, wasn't actually sure if you were serious or not so I didnt add you to the list before..... Im thinking it will probably be toward the upper parking lot close to where it was last year. However if I can find a decent spot closer to the ramp by the bonfire where its not too muddy we may do it there, just not sure yet. You cant miss all the ez-ups tho.

The carbs are rebuilt, engine starts and RV ready to pack. Since we are just about 40 miles from CFW we may leave friday if it is not raining. Just bring rain suit, cover for boat engine , warm clothes, shorts for launching boat and show up ! We can just go home if it gets really ugly. Hope we and all of you can make it !
