Is there some type of refresh button (maybe I'm missing it) I can click on when watching a bid, so "time left" when bidding last moment will be current?
Thanks.

that or the 4th symbol over on the tool bar (from left) looks like a piece of paper with green arrows on it. f5 is much easier if our remember it! I never do. (back button, forward button, stop button, REFRESH button, home button, etc.)

A little e-bay sniper trick. Don't tell any one! Open one window and set up your bid page to be ready to go, Then open another window to watch the bids and refresh and keep track of time left. When you've got the timing down just open your bid window and go. No waiting for the page to build or mistakes!

I used to do the two window thing, it works very well except when you can't be around for the end of the auction. You wanna get serious about sniping? Subscribe to a service like Powersnipe.com.
It throws your bid in around four seconds before the auction ends. Just sign in, enter the auction number and your bid, and forget it. Works every time.
About $50 a year.

I do the same thing with about 5 windows open, then I add a penny to the next bid amount. Works everytime. Nothing better than outbidding someone with a penny.
