Autometer Hookup

I picked up 5" autometer tach at the swap meet(cheap) BUT ! no wire diagram is included.So i'm thinking this would be an easy question for the v-drive guy's. So here are the particulars of my set up.
set up will be V-8.......(GM)HEI DIST.....
Tach has ; a RED wire...WHITE wire...GREEN wire... BLACK wire...and two smaller wires one BROWN ...one ORANGE that are looped back into tach
possibly for 4-6 cyl use? I know one is hot,one is ground ,one to (tach) on dist cap and one for back lite in tach?
So what do you guys think?

Well shit wish I could help, I run an Autometer but it's for a mag don't have all those wires sorry!..

According to the Auto Meter wiring diagram for standard electronic ignitions.
Model #'s 6601 & 6604
White wire goes to the light
Red wire goes to a switch or power source
Black is ground
Green goes to Tach terminal off the ( msd box etc. ) or negetive side of coil
I have the actual wiring diagram, if you need a copy I can e-mail it to you.
