WOW.
All that work on a new boat, and not one word about it. Now you need to post some of the contruction pictures.
I followed the restoration/build of the wood deck deal you guys did.
Very nice,
good to see someone keeping the v-drives alive.

The wood deck was John...I think this is Jim. That's really something. Form really does folow function. I like the coke bottle design on the deck. Pretty damn aerodynamic.

From what I understand, they're brothers, and sort of rivals, at that. John Miller does mostly restorations, like the wood deck boat, and Jim Miller has Miller Boats in Santa Maria, about ten minutes from me. Two seperate businesses. I think I'll stop buy and check this puppy out!!

Absolutely beautiful boat! I am kind of curious about the interior layout. Since the deck is pretty long will the interior be short on space?

How is that boat laid up and what materials are used in its construction? Wood?

What kind of rigging will it have? What are the 'placements', of V- drive, motor, shaft angle? What gears, plates, steering, etc.?

Jim, is that the boat you were working on the plug for when I came through there in 04/02? My cuz was interested in buying one from you back then, hence our visit(we were in a motorhome on our way to Fontana for NASCAR, do you remember?). Maybe he'll get re-interested now.
Very nice lines. It came out real nice!
After thinking about it, I think we went down to look at a 21'.
Regardless, the 23 is beautiful!

That thing is beautiful beyond belief.... kind of a bubble-deck morph from a classic spectra....and then stretched... I love it(!) but I'm wondering.... About two years ago, a friend of mine named Mike Cangelosi gave up on having Miller build him a boat that he then described as being just like this one. He had plunked 20 grand down and the boat was approaching 2 years overdue. Is this the boat? If a guy wanted one, how fast might he expect delivery?
