I have to apologize to my better half for embarrising(sp?) her last night at her x-mas party. I had allittle too much to drink, well a lot to drink and got way out of control. I was drinking 151 barcardi and coke and the bartender was making them strong for me. But thats no excuse!!!!!! I did this in front of her peers and it shouldn't have happened. So for this, I have apologized to her already but I want to do this publicly, so I am very very sorry and I will do whatever it takes to make this right. I love you and my deepest apologizes again to you. :frown: :frown: :( :cry:

Yeah guys and ladies but I really f@cked up!!!!!!! Im not going to into it but, it was a bad situation. And yes, you can't make a 151 strong but Sh*t, they were strong!!!!!!!!! I came on here not looking for simpithy(sp?), but to show her that Im truly sorry and it will never happen again. Basically, drink is out the picture for awhile now....................................soda and water is it. :frown:

Damn AB, we have all been there at one point and time. Some of us everytime :D I give you props for coming out in an open forum and aplogizing to your lady. Hopefully she will understand and it will be water under the bridge. Good Luck!!

Well public aplogizing is not a bad thing when you do things in public, You could send her office a box of cholate or something with a note and that would or might help too....The first time I drank 151 was my last 19 yrs old and it had me running down the sidewalk in my underware...haven't drank it sence :yuk:

Not that far but close enough..........................................Th e really bad part is that I don't remeber none of it. She had to tell me the story this morning so that was not a happy phone call!!

No offence, but I love to go to company christmas parties and watch all the drunks get out of control. Especially when they hit on the bosses wife. :D

Last year my wife fell flat on her face at our christmas party. I had to carry her out. :o
It was bad. She split her nose wide open and had to get stitches. :eek:

Wow, thats why I try to avoid all company parties. You have to really drink a lot to make it worth your wild to avoid falling asleep. Then you get to the point were your invinsible, and forget everything. :2purples:
In any case hope you can mend your situation, move foward and learn from this experiance. :cool:

I have accepted his apology, however only actions and time will tell. I do love my man VERY much, but this was pretty major. I do appreciate that you came on here to apologize, it shows a lot for you to do that. :coffeycup :notam: Thanks to all of you for your encouraging words to Doug, I like the sense of community on here. :D

Like Traci said, "RUH ROH". Hey Doug, wanna borrow my dog house. I have been in it alot of times and have it fixed up pretty nice. Havn't needed it for awhile now but when you are done with it I do need it back. Always good to have it around.
I have been in those shoes though. I think she will love you again soon. Just get used to doing dishes for awhile...and laundry.....and housework.....and..........
