I always wondered at what speed my hat would be lost forever. Apparently on my boat it is 74.3mph (or right about there).
I snapped the picture and put the camera in my lap, picked up the GPS for the speed and SWOOOOSH! Off goes my hat at 74.3mph. Sheeekers! My favorite Dallas Cowboys hat! I looked for it about 10 minutes before I gave up. Even retraced the GPS line without finding it. Oh well - good run.

See - My hat is right there! (Yes, I put it back on before the run)

I would think losing a Dallas Cowboy hat would be a good thing heh ... besides, any hat that won't float for at least 30 seconds isn't worth having ;-)

I used to think Triger was really fast... and the Lone Ranger could ride like hell. Come to think of it, he never lost his cap. Whats up with that???? VELCRO??
