Might be interested in the 'Biz' Droop ... Was this the one Keith shortened/sectioned out about 1 1/2 inch? ... If so, need to talk w/Mike ... Will get back with you soon.

can you tell me what the hardware on the diverter ram is? and what it does? looks like some sort of lock out device.

BN 540 ... You might check your PM's when you get a chance ... We have decided to pass on the Old 'Biz' Droop ... While we know it well and it Is A Very Good Piece and we could well need something like it in our near future, we can't justify the expenditure for it right now given we havent exhausted all the possibilities with our existing hardware ...
I hope there are no hard feelings and we do thank you for giving us the time to sort this all out ... Class Act Guy.

I'll take the droop. I will meet up with you tomorrow if that works for you. It will fit in my suit case. Just for reference, How fast did this part go. My boat may not be fast but its parts are.
