looks like a Needles deal.
Seen a few pictures of boats end up dry.
It might have something to do with a little drinking problem that camp ground seems to cause

That is at Needles in the lagoon two years ago at Billy's deal. This guy parked it there in the afternoon and the river went down overnight and that's the way it was in the morning, he had full tanks too guess what.LOL...So it sat there for most of the day and eventually when the river came up it floated and he took it out of there!..
