I grew up in Huntington Beach and have lived in the IE for the past 16 years (ever since I married Scream) I am well aware of the stereotypes (sometimes deserved) of the 909 and 951 area.
I use to drive through here on the way to the river and sking and wonder WHY would anyone live here?
But I love my house, neighborhood, job, friends, I love looking out my kitchen window at the mountains, I love leaving my garage door open and having nothing stolen.....

I haven't been there yet, we went to "taste of RC" and had a bit of tri tip and the microbrewery part looks cool.
I will make some phone calls tomorrow...........my concern is the seperate checks (*a must IMO) and a resturant being able to handle 30+ Hot Boat Members :D
trust me, I've had experience with large parties and checks, and even in the best of circumstances, it doesn't add up. Seperate checks is the ONLY way to go, but most resturants are reluctant to do so.

Twins would be an easy set up if you want to go there. I could reserve a section of tables and booths. It's gets kind of loud in the top section with the bands, but the bands are pretty good. Friday is a lighter night also so it won't be packed wall to wall like Thursdays. If you want to do that, just say the word.

Everyone can run seperate tabs with the waitress. They have finger foods and pizza. It's not a dive but as it was so clearly pointed out, it is in the "909". :rolleyes: The band is loud when they are on. They play sets with the DJ. I say if you throw out the food you don't have to worry about anything. Everyone can run tabs with a bartender.

Maybe sometime. Baby on the way. Most of our clubbin now will be when my wife and I get a night out or a weekend away in Vegas. I think the problem is that Saturday is casual night or something so everyone and their mama just come looking like dirt.
