Deck Mounting

I am trying to find a creative way to mount my deck in the boat. I have an 18 foot boat so not alot of room. I dont want to cut out the dash or gauge area to mount. Does any one have suggestions or seen any kind of custom fab stuff done. I was thinking of maybe doing a small consule style with cup holders but I dont know. Thanks for your help.

I've seen them both on the side(under the dash near your outside knee), and in the center.... Both work well :)

I have it on the side right now and I dont really like it. I will figure it out.

We have done quite a few boats where we built a center console.

Do you have any pictures of what you have done, this might help me get going in the right direction.
