now that i have the new engine all dialed in it's time for her to go to a new home..if your intrested i can send more pics but, the avatar is the engine and below is the boat. i ran it at parade of lights to a 118mph on gps. all new autometer monster guages. nice tunes, lots of cool but simple things that make this a pump-gas no b.s. performer.

no peto didnt build this engine. but, this thing runs great!!! i had heard alot of negative things about blowermotors and always wrenching on them. i put this thing in this summer and have put 10hrs on it with no problems. the only thing ive done is check the plugs to watch the mixture and change oil. pretty incredible for a 100mph+ boat.
i have also entertained selling the boat less engine. then i could get the bigger hull and just build a twin to this one :D

Good choice buddy- I'm sure a couple of 110+ mph passes would make anyone change their mind. Look forward to seeing you out there.
Enjoy it...and call me anytime you need a co-pilot :)

yeah your right. i was just excited to go bigger after a ride in my buddies 28td daytona. i figured i'ld give up 30 or so mph for a while to get a cabin. then like patrick said, after a few 110+ passes i figured the cabin area on mine is fine.oh and if you go to pleasant, put on your crap props for a while. lots of trees and logs in the water right now :yuk:
hey patrick, call me as i lost all numbers in my cell a few months ago.

Hey Sean, if you want a cabin go to the F*#@ing mountains :D Glad to hear that you're keeping it.
Hey carreraboat, I can only think of two single engine boats off the top of my head that he couldn't outrun on Pleasant, and they're both Daytonas as well. I'm sure there might be a few more, but we don't see them out there on a regular basis.

engine hatch fitting around that blower, oil from the breathers just little things. im not unhappy with the speed. hell i can go faster by turning up the boost but my goal was to stay under 10lbs of boost and i've done that. this thing is quick as well as fast just gets really messy under the hatch after a day of boating. :squiggle:
