My day so far..........
I get the call.
Worker: "...Uh....boss...?"
Me: "Yeah?"
Worker: "Gotta problem here."
Me: "What?"
Worker: "it broke"
Me: "Uh, what broke"
Worker: "Sorry"
Me: "What Broke?"
Worker "The Top."
Me: "The new travertine custom made top we've waited 5 weeks to get? The top with the special expensive milled "ogee" edge? The one we paid extra to have the sink cut out polished on? With the bumpout for the sink? The one the customers have been waiting for, for soooo long? The one we already paid $987.00 for,...........THAT top"????!?!"
Worker: "That's the one, sorry......."
Me: Oh. :frown: OK.

Sorry Mandy.
I had an employee a couple of weeks ago place an 3K Custom order for a customer that never ordered it, just wanted a quote.
Anyone need some African Rosewood Base Case & Crown?? I was tempted to give her the mouldings for an x mas bonus. :hammer2:

LOL, we'd get killed on postage. You have to mail 12 foot sticks of trim and I have to send 200 pounds of polished stone slab...Hahahahah :p

Hey Mandy, do a little design change and insist they add an island to the kitchen which coincidentally is the same size as the broken piece of slab. :boxed:
