Are there any carbon fiber or epoxy experts out there?

I need something made. A small simple hand tool for scraping. It needs to be superstrong and hard, but not made of metal. Any ideas?

sounds like you had some epoxy go bad on you? if yes wipe it off with a acetone soaked rag if aplicable to your plug/object. kinda hard to help if we don't know what you are dealing with! :idea: OOOOOOOHHHHHH SSSSHHHHIIIITTTT! don't tell me you pulled an american pie and glued your shtick to rosie palmer!! :D :D

No, not a problem like that. :D I need someone to advise me on, or to actually make me some very small scraping tools out of something superstrong and non metallic. I am guessing either carbon fiber or an epoxy mix would work.
Who was it that made those valve covers out of carbon fiber?

I don't know if I would make a sraper out of epoxy? maybe fi you used kevlar mesh in it not E-glass!

Well with all the mystery I would say cut some out of Lexan. If your talkin about some kind of adhesive there are foam buffing wheels that are used to remove stickers and vinyl from cars etc.
