Okay heres a topic for both the guys and gal's.
If your better half is going to go in for a mid life tune-up what is a good boob size? What's to Big (and I already know the guys answer,but go ahead anyway)? Give a specific cup size.
Woman I know some of you have had the enhancement what size and would you go with? Bigger or smaller and why?
We are here talking about this and the weather girl on KCal 9 Jackie Johnson comes on. We are trying to figure out if she had them made really large or is she a small person which makes her look bigger than she really is.

Boobs look good on a woman if done right and the size fits the girl. You can go too big and it will make the woman look fat. You can go to small and regret what you have done, only to respend all that cash. You may not have the breast tissue, needed to expand to a lrage breast and that is why you see coconuts. If you are serious, you need to come to L.A. The best in the world are here. Also look at your breast now and that is how they will look but bigger. Also a gret doc can fix and mend the little blemish, to make them look better. A bad Doc will ruin your life. DONT BE CHEAP, If you want it done right it will cost you about 10K now-a-days.
With that said, make sure you ask people about the doc, before choosinghim and ask girls to see their breast. just because they look good in a shirt , doesnt mean they will look good naked... Good luck

What size to get has a lot to do with the size and shape of the woman I think. Like you pointed out about lovely Ms. Jackie, hers may seem bigger because she is smaller. Likewise a large set may look small on another woman. Figure out what the normal body size will be, then try to get to the "look" you are after. My wife is about 5-6 with a slim figure. I think she could go full C with no problems but I don't know about the D sizes.

Every girl we spoke to didn't hesitate for a second and let my wife check them. When you go get them done, have pictures. ( from adult magazines work well). Make sure you check the doctors credentials and schools also. My wife went to BRUCE DUBIN in Newport Beach. Very pricey but worth every penny. My wife went over 600cc's (34dd) and can't detect any scars at all. Every girls cc's will be different depending on size, amount of fat the breast already is also. 34dd - a little over 600cc's each - every girl will be different on cc's. Your wife can go dd's no problem and they'd look great. Remember, bigger they are the heavier too. I have much better photos but they'd get yanked in a heartbeat. :mad:

Funny you say that. I tell her I like her just the way she is but she is the one that told me a couple of days ago she scheduled the appointment in June.
Bunny you also look great. The wife has not had any problems with hers and goes in for regular check-ups. She has talked about the tune-up for awhile and decided to go ahead and do it. I'm not complaining and we both benefit. :cool: She feels better about herself and I get a new toy :D :D
Now anyone that has recently had one what is recovery time like these days. Are they still putting you in the corset for a few days? Are the drains coming out quicker? And how fast are you back up and running.

Kilr is right. Don't go cheap. Mrs. Sbark1 has a great set and they weren't cheap. If you need a recommendation on a doc, she used the best in the west....in my opinion, let me know. Also, go bigger than you think. It is the number one complaint after they are done. Have fun.

recoveryu time is all dedpendant on the woman, some are out and about the very next day and even some that night. Some are down for days and wacked on dope to help with the pain.
CHECK CHECK CHECK out the doctor and the previous patients.
Granted scaring depends on the women, but make sure he is not a chop doc. Go to some strip clubs and you will see really bad scars on women and you will know what I mean...
Again, this is your life, DONT BE CHEAP to save money and look like shit....

We havent been boob shopping for a while but maybe the price has gone up. :confused: In any case the Dr. is everything, if your comfortable with him/her thats all that matters. Price isnt always the best gauge. :smile:

Because after the swelling goes down they look smaller.
My wife is 5' 6" and 112 lbs and has a small back.....Her's are about 450CC a side which made her a 32DD......We paid about $5K...If they do a lift at the same time it's about $7K....and there is a vertical scar from the nipple down.
Recovery.....about 2 weeks if they go under the muscle...Which they should, over the muscle for the Jerry Springer look.....Don't go over the muscle, they'll sag faster.

The most important thing.... Dont go with Saline... GET SILICONE. Im in the middle of a lawsuit. My wife had two sets of saline blow up. Three of her girl friends had the same problem. All different doctors. Different manufacturers. They last abour 1 1/2 - 2 years. Do an internet search about it. You will find that is it very typical for saline to leak. Silicone feels so much more real. they look so much better. THey give you a better chance to NOT look fake. The FDA is about to re-authorize silicone. You can get them now if you sign a testing contract. From what I have learned, most of the Hollywood women have silicone.

SCUBA 2001, have you heard of INFLATION and yes when she gets her boobs done it will be at DCB,we want the best. I was chatting with a friend and she went to a very specific doc, the one I would recommend, about 3 months ago.. A lift and a implant is 10K. If you skip the lift, 8.5K. Ok most woman need lifts, if you dont get it the weigth of the implant will pull down the boob down even further and you will have big saggy boobs.
Silcone was never taken off the market. Now there is certain critieria you the pateint must meet. Silicone does feel alot better. Once you get them done you have to re do them ever 10 years or so.
As for 5 tall, you want your boobs to look good and look real, anything over a Full "C" will make her look out of place.....
now when I speak of lift I AM NOT REFERRING TO THE UGLY ANCHOR LIFT.
I am refferring to the crescent lift. This is a lift done thru the areola on the upper portion. Again scaring is dependant on the surgeon and the patient.....

In all sincerity though, I agree with everything right up to the over the muscle comment. ALL of the really good natural-looking jobs I have seen have been over the muscle, but the woman has to have a nice rack to begin with. Then it looks like more of your real boob. You will need a bra, just like real boobs, but they are 100% more real feeling, looking and overall appearing. Trust me... I have done the research for you. ;) In addition, the recovery is much lower because you are not butchering up a huge muscle to fit something underneath it. I would bet that Mrs. Kilrtoy has over the muscle, where Roxysnow and Bunny are under the muscle from the looks of things. The difference is, while I totally love the very, very attractive look of obviously fake boobs, they do look obviously fake. Yvonne could have had those stock, as could have Audrey.

A lot of people are saying go bigger that you think you want. My wife who is about 5'4'" and about 110 went with a large C - small D and she is a little bit self concious about them. I think they are perfect but she does not want to be known as the girl with the tits. Think about the look that she wants (not you). She is the one who has to be comfortable. I was just happy, no make that thrilled, she decided to bring home a set of twins!
She was a large A to a small B before the enhancement . :D She went under the muscle with about 400 cc's. The doctor went through the arm pit. No scar and they turned out perfect. The cool thing about under the muscle is the sagging with age is greatly diminished. They look more natural too. IMHO
Fill up a baggy with rice however many cc's she is thinking about and have her try them out for size.

She was a large A to a small B before the enhancement . :D She went under the muscle with about 400 cc's. The doctor went through the arm pit. No scar and they turned out perfect. The cool thing about under the muscle is the sagging with age is greatly diminished. They look more natural too. IMHO
Fill up a baggy with rice however many cc's she is thinking about and have her try them out for size.

Someone PLEASE explain to me why you can have breast implants with NO SCAR and if you have a mass removed from your breast they leave a scar the size of Baja California!!! (ok, perhaps I am exagerating...........it's as long as my pointer finger and you would think they would be a little more carefull) As I was sitting in the waiting room for my mass removal, a dixie cup taped to my left breast...........(to cover the wire they had inserted into the mass just that morning) I was thinking about HOW BRAVE you would have to be to have voluntary surgery to increase your breast size. I just couldn't do it. I have rock climbed, snow skied, driven motorcycles faster than I should, broken horses, surfed and hiked solo (and maintained) the Pacific Crest Trail in the Lytle Creek area....but I just don't think I could have breast augmentation (sp) unless it was neccessary.
Plus, I think it would BUG me if everyone just stared at my chest instead of my eyes. I'm 45 I've had my share of attention and I just don't want THAT kind....

(I would suggest if you do get a breast augmentation, try to get them to scoop out all the breast material so you CAN NOT get breast cancer, just one less thing to worry about) :D

I saw this thread as my fiance was looking around in here and I have to say that this thread caught my eye. So he set me up with an account here too. My fiance and I have been going back and forth on what size boob job I should get next year, I say a C and he says D's. We also hear from others that I should just go BIG because I'll end up regreting that I didn't.

After meeting everyone at Twins, WOW did I get a better view of things...I have to say that although I had a great time, I had major BOOB envy.
I know I definately want to get implants and I am hoping that I can find the right doctor and natural looking breast. A few things still concern me, but one is that I want to be able to continue breast feeding when we decide to have more children. Oh! and that I retain feeling in the nipples!!! :p
