or when it rains, satellite TV doesn't work for shit. Do I have a prblem with my dish? Or does everyone else have this problem. Irritating. Do you think Direct TV will prorate me with all this loss in coverage during all this rain? :D WTF?

You need to fine tune your dish to make sure you have a signal at least 85%. Make sure the wind isn't moving it around also.

OK Webster, I thought I was the only one that usually noticed that. And I usually go back and edit too. :)

It only gets choppy when it's raining. Fine when it's windy.

When it clears up weather wise, check your signal strength and adjust to over 96%. If it is then it's raining really hard.

You need to have your dish re-adjusted. That happen to mine.

Sometimes if there not mounted solid they get out of wack.
Then they need to be adjusted. :)

Why do I need to re-adjust if it works fine w/no rain?

I don't know? You can test your own signal strength on each satelite by using your remote. I believe each signal should be 112 or better.
