With all this rain, you'd think it must have come up several feet. Last I heard it was down over 100. Anyone know the current condition?

The NPS measures feet down, it was at 37% of capacity before the storms.

With the added precipitation that we have been having,, instead of keeping outflows at the levels needed for power production which would increase the lake level, the B. O. R., in their infinite wisdom, has increased outflows to over 14000 c.f.s.... So,, even with all this rain, the level continues to drop. Makes alot of sense,, huh

What's up with this crap? I've also noticed the high release numbers lately.
Me thinks it's time to start sending some emails.

wow, our lake mead is up 3' (to minus 96) but powell is holding at minus 136. guess they'll have to wait for snow melt this spring. going out tomarrow and see how far up the parking lot my marina has moved

I read that snowpack this year is at 145% of normal, so should help some.....
